Choosing Zenith Design & Construction was the best decision. They exceeded my expectations in every way. What impressed me the most was their attention to detail—the quality of the finishes. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the staff were always friendly and approachable. It’s rare to find a builder who combines such high-quality work with great customer service. Thank you to the whole team!

Professional firm in their conduct and communications.
Very diligent with attention to detail in their workmanship.

Also, they are very transparent and punctual with their scheduling - these attributes are very hard to find these days.

I can comfortably recommend to all seeking a construction company.

Zenith Design trading as Faculty homes is a trusted builder in today’s custom design homes.
I had a very positive and honest experience with the owner.
He is such a great guy - honest, transparent and straight forward in communication during the process of building my 2-unit development.
Great to tie up with trusted builders in today’s market.
Quality and detail to attention is awesome . Completion timeline is fast and quality controlled👍Thats fabulous .
I would surely recommend Faculty Homes rather than looking for cheaper unreliable builders.
👏👏

We had a great experience working with Faculty Homes. The team was professional, reliable, & consistently on schedule throughout the project. They clearly have strong knowledge of the building process and managed each stage of the construction efficiently. Everything progressed smoothly from start to finish, which made the overall experience very stress-free.

Their honesty, organisation & attention to detail really stood out. We would definitely recommend Faculty Homes to anyone looking for a trustworthy and capable builder. 👍
